I would like to introduce myself before you read all my work experience. I consider myself a curious and responsible person, always willing to learn something new. While studying my Mathematics degree at the University of Valencia, I started working as a waiter.

I have worked on hospitality industry for the last 4 years, in very different places and roles and enjoy providing good quality service to my customers. I pride myself on welcoming and engaging each customer in a friendly manner, responding quickly to their needs and efficiently resolving any doubt they could have.

Highlights of my background include:

-Understand how important customer service is, and now I can say that I truly enjoy working directly with people, and offer an outstanding service.
-Start as a waiter, and get promoted to lead my own sector and responsible of the wine selection.
-Skilled in keeping record of multiple orders and good handling with payment processes .

At present I'm studying and practicing my fourth language while I keep searching for new opportunities.
